Thank you for supporting The Starlit Sips! We’re proud to offer fresh, handcrafted baked goods delivered right to your door. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

As a cottage home bakery licensed in PA (ZIP 15213), we comply with Pennsylvania cottage food laws limiting our shipping service to U.S. residents.

📌 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Processing time may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to product availability.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

📌 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer Standard and  Expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

 

Note: Expedited shipping applies to the delivery time after the order has been processed.

📌 Delivery & Transit Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days based on your location.

  • Expedited options may be available for quicker delivery at an additional charge.

Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we cannot control delivery speed or delays.

📌 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Starlit Sips is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or mishandled packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Notify us at support@thestarlitsips.com and we’ll do our best to assist you with a claim

📌 Warm Weather Shipping Advisory

During warm weather seasons, chocolate and frosting-based products may soften or melt in transit. While we take care in packaging, we recommend selecting expedited shipping for perishable or heat-sensitive items.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
