Yes! We offer pickup by appointment only from our home bakery in Pittsburgh, PA. Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius starting at $20, with rates increasing based on distance. For events and larger orders, we also offer setup services for an additional fee.

We require at least 7 days’ notice for custom cookie orders and 14 days for custom cakes and larger dessert orders. However — dates book up quickly, especially around holidays and weekends, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your spot!

Yes! The Starlit Sips operates as a fully registered Cottage Food Operation under Pennsylvania’s Cottage Food Laws. We follow all health, safety, and labeling regulations to ensure your treats are both delicious and safely prepared.

While we offer select items that can be made gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free, please note that all our products are made in a home kitchen where common allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat are present. We take precautions but cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

We understand life happens! Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of your scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a full refund of the money paid prior to the date of cancellation. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the event (date of delivery/pickup) are non-refundable due to the time, ingredients, and labor invested in your custom order.

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3–5 days and should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Custom cakes should be refrigerated until 2 hours before serving for optimal flavor and texture. Boozy treats should always be kept cool and out of reach of the littles! 😉
