At The Starlit Sips, we take pride in crafting fresh, made-to-order baked goods with care. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

All cookie, treat, and custom product sales are final and non-refundable.


Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned, as all items are made to order specifically for you. Also once your package leaves our warehouse it is now responsibility of the postal services and client.

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your experience with us! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

📌 Resolution Options

If the issue qualifies, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A store credit for future use

  • A replacement of the affected item(s)

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

📌 Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or credits for:

  • Orders where the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Minor aesthetic imperfections in handmade items

📌 Shipping Responsibility

Once your order leaves our bakery or meeting location, and is in the care of designated carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled packages. We will gladly assist you in submitting a claim through the carrier if necessary.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
